I am delighted to announce the realization of a long-cherished dream—the attainment of a Master’s in Business Administration. Reflecting on my remarkable 22-year journey of service across diverse domains such as education, business, social initiatives, and crisis relief, I acknowledge the persistent pursuit of knowledge as a challenging yet transformative endeavor—marked by successes, failures, and the evolution of ideas.

My foray into the world of education began in 2001 with the launch of "OXFAME – The School of English & Personality Development" in Patna. This venture presented a distinctive and formidable challenge. Over five years, OXFAME achieved notable success in developing English fluency among learners. However, I found that nurturing communication skills was relatively simpler than shaping young minds to meet parental expectations and societal responsibilities.

After this enriching phase, I fulfilled a lifelong ambition by joining the corporate world, working with Al-Futtaim Motors (Toyota Division) in Dubai. This experience underscored the pivotal role of self-confidence in achieving ambitious goals and navigating complex professional environments.

Self-confidence—cultivated through quality education—bestows several advantages: better task management, resilience in the face of challenges, and the ability to maintain a positive outlook. Education is not merely a stepping stone to personal success; it is a gateway to meaningful contributions to society.

Founder's Message

I extend a warm welcome to Howell's International School, a distinguished institution driven by a profound purpose.

Before delving into the school's mission, allow me to share my professional journey. I earned a Master's in Pharmacy from Hamdard University, New Delhi, in 2004, securing admission through the General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and receiving a UGC Scholarship by the grace of the Almighty.

With 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, my career began at Dabur Research Foundation as a Research Scientist in the Delhi/NCR region. I later joined Orchid Healthcare in Chennai, focusing on European and US markets for 1.5 years. Following that, I moved to Mumbai to work with Sandoz Pharma as a Senior Research Scientist, managing projects across Canada, Hong Kong, Europe, and the US. One of my key accomplishments was the successful completion of a critical project in Hong Kong in 2010.

A brief stint at Torrent Research Foundation in Ahmedabad for the European and Australian markets led to my long-standing 13-year tenure at Alkem Laboratories Limited, where I currently serve as General Manager, leading large teams across Europe, Australia, and other key regions.

A pivotal realization struck during a technical assignment in Australia—skills often supersede knowledge. Engaging with professionals around the globe helped me develop essential soft skills, including emotional intelligence, strategic planning, project and audit management, and performance management.

Fueled by this enlightenment, the vision for Howell’s International School took shape. Our goal is to impart not only knowledge but also vital skills and analytical techniques, fostering a deeper understanding of subjects among students. We are committed to nurturing individuals who grow not only personally and professionally but also contribute meaningfully to society and our nation.

Armed with an MBA in Finance from Skyline Business School, New Delhi (2006), I embarked on a 16-year odyssey through the diverse landscapes of finance and accounts. My journey unfolded across renowned organizations like Bharti Airtel Limited (New Delhi), Essar Group (Mumbai), and Aditya Birla Group (Lucknow, Patna, Mumbai), culminating in a rewarding tenure at American Tower Company (Gurgaon).

Throughout this dynamic voyage, I have spearheaded multifaceted teams, forging meaningful collaborations with professionals from India, Germany, and the United States. This tapestry of experiences ignited a desire to contribute to our society and nation, ultimately weaving the dream of Howell's International School into existence.
